DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A deposit of $25.00 is required for Rose Glam services at the time of booking. Holiday Glam services require a deposit of $35.00. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your service. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID TO $AUTHORQUAYROSE

NO EXTRA GUESTS: To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment. This includes children, friends, or family members who are not receiving a service.

MASK REQUIRED: $2 MASK FEE IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN. We require all clients to wear a mask at all times while in the salon, regardless of vaccination status. This is to protect the health and safety of our staff and other clients.

CANCELLATION: If your deposit is not received within 30 minutes of booking your appointment will be cancelled. Please ensure that your deposit of $25.00 for glam services is sent to $AuthorQuayRose. This is required to confirm your appointment and secure your desired date and time.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but please be mindful of our time and the time of other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a $10 late fee.

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS: We offer same-day appointments based on availability. An additional fee of $20.00 will be added to the service cost for all same-day appointments. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS: If you require an appointment outside of our normal operating hours, or if you would like to add a service before or after your scheduled appointment time, a fee of $20.00 will be added to the total cost of your services.

BEFORE OR AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS: an additional fee of $15 will be required for all appointments scheduled before 9am or between the hours of 5pm-8pm.

All services that are $25 or less must be paid in full at the time of booking (Rose-Tinted Brows must be paid in full upon booking).

All appointments that are greater than $25 require a deposit of $25.

ROSE-TINTED BROWS
Our Rose-Tinted Brows service is designed to give you perfectly shaped and tinted brows that complement your unique features. We use warm, rosy hues to create a natural-looking tint that adds depth and definition to your brows. Our skilled makeup artists will work with you to create a customized look that enhances your natural beauty.
ROSE BROWS & LASHES
Indulge in the ultimate lash and strip experience with our Lash & Strip with Rose service. Our expert makeup artists will apply premium quality lashes and strips to enhance your eyes and give you a luxurious, glamorous look. We use only the best products to ensure long-lasting wear and a flawless finish.
HOLIDAY GLAM
CLUSTER LASHES
Experience long-lasting glam with our individual lashes. Individual lashes are temporary, but are cheaper than constantly replacing lash strips everyday. The application time is short but the results are long-lived! We're talking up to two weeks with proper maintenance. These lashes are also easily removed. (P.S.A. Please do not book this service if you are allergic to 30-second glue).
CLUSTER LASHES & ROSE-TINTED BROWS
Pair your individual lashes with rose-tinted brows for a look that lasts. Who doesn't want the perfect brow and lash combo? Our skilled makeup artist will ensure that your look is undeniable and the results will speak for itself! (P.S.A. Please do not book this service if you are allergic to 30-second glue.)
